As most of you know, I have quite bad issues with my self esteem and often I think to myself - who would think i’m beautiful? and then point out my flaws to myself, and then be depressed about the way I looked for the rest of the day. But looking at society as a whole, I thought one day, we were made individual for a reason, we should embrace our individuality because that’s what makes us unique, and being unique makes us all beautiful in our own right. To help myself with my self-esteem issues, I made a sticky note saying “Good Morning Beautiful… <3” and put it on my chest of drawers, so when I wake up each morning, I see that note and I smile, and I realise that yes, I am beautiful, not in a stuck up in my arse way, but the fact I was made to be like this and I shouldn’t go changing it to society’s idea of beauty. I am me for a reason.
